Ethan Mollick, PhD is an Associate Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania whose work focuses on how technology and innovation reshape learning and work. He earned his MBA and PhD from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
Much of Mollick’s research looks at the intersection of games, simulations, and entrepreneurship education. As co-founder of Wharton Interactive, he develops role-playing simulations that bring complex topics to life for students. Recently, his work has centered on artificial intelligence in education. His 2024 book, Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI, explores how teachers, students, and professionals can use AI tools thoughtfully and effectively.
